    Well, mine got stuck too. I emailed, and they said as long as you hadn't downloaded the whole concert, the download start button option would still be there for you. When I went back it was. Hope that helps. :)

    Try signing out & sign back in. That happened to me & when I signed back it in picked up where it left off.

    No you don't have to start all over again - you just exit and re-enter and it will pick up where it left off - you might have to try a few times
