LA help....disneyland, airport

how far from LAX is disneyland? will i be able to get there on the 10th before the show? im flying in on the 9th seeing a show then have all day on the 10th with nothing to do...let me know if i can get to an amusement park..

I remember hearing about a bus service of some sort that goes to disney land area near aneheim. check the disney web site. Also there is universal studios pretty close to LA, I thought universal was pretty cool, but then again its been many years since I have been.

depending on the traffic, it shouldn't be more then an hour drive to get down there.

They open at 8am, so you could get a full day there if you are an early bird!

The traffic coming back up can be heavy, so I would be conservative in judging what time you leave to get to the Forum. I would allow a few hours to get from Disneyland to the venue, just to be safe.

All of this assumes you will be renting a car!

Disneyland is 45-60 minutes southeast of LAX by car. This is with no traffic, which as most of You know, is very rare in Los Angeles. It could take 1 1/2- 2 hours during rush hour.
Like the previous poster said Universal Studios is in the L.A. area too. Also Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia(30-40) mile north of LAX.

okay great, thanks for the help, at least i now know its possible!!! cool. happiest place on earth and seeing pearl jam...dunno if i can handle that!
