When they were checking out the pile of sod and the time stamp came up, I tried to figure out roughly where I may have been at that moment: it would have been in a sixth grade classroom about 25 miles west of where they were
It's so cool to see Ed just boppin' around town like that. The fact that the pencils for the scorecards are hand-sharpened is worth mentioning tells you a lot about the guy.
And that the sod has a special place in his front yard - well, I'm just speechless! I still have a piece of brick from Wrigley that I removed from the left center field wall when I was about 9 years old.
I can't wait to see what he has in store for us. Soldier Field was a special show. I could be wrong, but I don't know that Ed's ever attended Bears fantasy camp. Wrigley Field is going to be something else entirely.
Wow, that was pretty cool. Thanks for posting that because I would've never ventured around to find it. This is going to be an epic show!

I seriously can't stop watching this video! It's wonderful to see 1992 Ed grinning from ear to ear as he talks about Wrigleyville, he looks so excited to be back. Especially when he scores some sod.
The neighborhood hasn't changed a whole lot...I was surprised to see him buy a train ticket from an actual person at a window though; it's all machines now!
Awesome video!
