It's almost funny, but sad too

I'll say it plainly

No woman wants to be loved as merely an extra
to be kept discreetly for a rainy day as a spare!
if we're supposed to be talking of big dreams and wishes
NO WOMAN WISHES FOR THAT ROLE!

(I'm saying it, because apparently it needed to be said)

Don't try to woo a woman by telling her to follow her dreams
when all you're trying to do is lead her down a path that leads
to second, third, fourth place in your life!

No one dreams of that!!!

Women dream of being the one on your side
the last true love in your heart
the beloved wife
the best friend and partner

that's what women dream of!!

    Thats is the most untrue poem i have read .and if you think women are like that .your wrong.and i hope i never met one like that cookie cut type that your trying to produce.

    I don't think it's that untrue. to me it stating that no one wants to be in 2nd place, ie. a mistress. however, I'm sure there are people that prefer a 2nd position. but generally it's not what people "dream" of, being kept and led on to believe there will be something more when there never will be.

    I think if I stated it even more directly, you'd see what I'm talking about.
    I don't think many women DREAM or hope for the role of being part of some man's large collection of women. Do you?
