    A big "thank you" to Tschav-- an ivy was waiting in my mailbox when I got back home to L.A. yesterday. A very nice surprise to hold the memory of that great show at Wrigley, in the neighborhood I grew up in. The ivy is clinging on my window facing north / east to Chicago. Thanks again! :D

    Thought this thread was going to be about all the dudes that decided to take a piss on the ivy on the right field wall during the delay. Many people decided to come to the wall to take pictures of themselves next to (or into the ivy) and unknowingly received the remnants of a golden shower as they leaned into the wall. I swear one dude saw the moisture on the ivy leaves and thought there may be a water spigot nearby to fill a bottle. He did not find one. We warned as many people as we could, but some people were in their own world . . .
