“How long between Pearl Jam albums?”

Well, its official, the time between this new album (we will call it 'Tides" for now) and Backspacer is now the longest it has ever been between Pearl jam albums :-( But at least now we know it is done and almost set to be released.It has been 1 day more than the time between "Pearl Jam" and Backspacer. this seems to be a trend. I don't like that. :(
Backspacer to "Tides" = 3 years & 287 days!!!!

    I don't like it either. :(

    During this whole time of waiting they could of offered us a Lost Dogs Volume 2 type of medicine or something. Some new unreleased material would of been sweet during this long wait.

    yeah, i find this rather worrisome myself. i've never written/recorded music. i can imagine its difficult at times. but, i have to be honest, my interest is starting to wane...i really really hope this new one revives it

    These long breaks and more time devoted to side projects may be the main reason they are still together at this point.
