I live in the east village of manhattan, 20 minutes on the subway to MSG (or a $10 cab ride), arguably the best neighborhood in Manhattan.
I didn't get MSG I tickets. Sell me a fan club pair at face value and you (and a friend) can crash at my apartment both nights.
