For the 20+ years I have fished that lake.
I have seen guys catch coolers full of fish and never think twice about it.
I have seen hundreds of people, without a fishing license leave with tons of fish.
I have seen guys keep their fish in July(not allowed)
I know 4 guys YESTERDAY, who did the same thing as me. Cuz 3 of us went and got ice together.
These clowns are just so full of shit its coming out their gills.

I get why there are rules/laws in place but let's be honest. Speedy pulling in 30 in one day vs. the guy who goes fishing every day and pulls in 15 every day. Speedy (30/wk), super-fisherman guy (90-105/wk). Speedy is breaking the law, but the guy who doesn't have anything better to do is fine despite pulling in 3x as much in a week. :think:

I remember fishing with pieces of hot dog for bait because I wouldn't touch worms when I was a child. The fish loved my hook. My mom loved fishing...it was peaceful out on the lake.

One thing that cracks me up.
Yeah, I admit I took home a ton of fish yesterday, ALL BIG FISH! More than the limit.
But yet for 20 years I watch knuckleheads catch 5-7 inch perch, and throw then in their baskets.
I watch these knuckleheads take home 20-25 of these small little dinks home. By the time you filet the poor fish, you MAY have a fish nugget. Or, what these clowns will do is when they catch a smaller fish, and it swallows the hook, instead of trying their best to remove the hook and save the fish, they just give it one big yank, and rip the digestive tract right out of the fish. Then the fish gets tossed in the lake, for all to watch suffer and die.
These same clowns who are giving me shit for taking home 30 JUMBOS yesterday, are the same guys who either cant catch a fucking fish, or keep a 5 inch perch and take it home. Trust me, I have been fishing that lake for 30+ years. Did I exceed my limit yesterday? I absolutely did. Was it wrong? Yes it was. But I tell ya what. There is a lot more worse things going on at that lakefront this last month, then me catching some JUMBOS.

I caught 15 fish, then threw them in the cooler.
Went right back out and caught 15 more.
Took those 30 home, cleaned them, and went back to the lake 3 hours later.
Caught 15 more.
They banned me for stirring up controversy.
And I thought THIS place was a trip?
