absolutely take the over...no infringement upon commercially available material....however, it should be yanked for being in mp3 format...

agreed it's questionable and may not be appropriate here...however, i don't believe Ed approves of people pissing on each other at shows either...:O

Ah silly man...but FLAC will represent an exact duplication that in turn can be converted to MP3 if one so desires...unfortunately, reverse osmosis is not attainable...

Unfortunately some people don't have a good enough internet connection to download FLAC's. Fortunately, they will most probably be able to get the MP3's. Fortunately, they can find the FLAC somewhere else if they wish. Fortunately MP3 files play on iPods. Unfortunately, it looks like you are the silly man.

oh, dang. just the 4/7 show.... move along, nothing new to see here...

Just to clarify - these shows were No Taping Allowed, 10C actively deleted(s) all threads regarding EVSolo boots. The working theory is that (and man, my friend hasn't returned my CD yet for me to check this out) we're not just dealing with Ed or 10Cs wishes alone, this is a soundtrack to a motion picture, hence the motion picture industry has a say in how it's material is handled. Live performances of said motion picture soundtrack would fall under that. And the word is, no boots.
    [sic] happens
