London - Scalper question

Looking for a single ticket for London, considering heading down there to take chances on scalpers. Not a fan of these donkey scalpers is putting it mildly but hey, it's Pearl Jam... jack!

Has anyone ever used scalpers for PJ? If so, what kind of costs do you see at the show? Does the price drop a lot if you wait for the show to start and miss a song or two?
