    this is a problem I have not had since I started work and stopped smoking copious amouts of pot...

    shit happens to me alllll the time. no point in fighting it, just stay up. power through for 24 hours and ull sleep like a baby.

    i had to this every other week or so during the spring.

    I used to be able to sleep perfectly, would fall asleep each night about 30 seconds after head hit the pillow, nice deep sleep with no waking all night long, and would wake a few minutes before the alarm.

    then I had kids. and learned to do without sleep or very little sleep with a lot of interuptions.

    now I don't think I ever sleep for more than 3 or 4 hours straight and can't get back to sleep if I wake up even on weekends.

    If you sit around all day eating and not being active and by active i don't mean using the remote control try going for a bike ride. hicking, swimming , screwing for a few hrs and def stop with the chinese food you might find it's easy to fall asleep :P and yeah i really don't ive a rats ass if you can't sleep
