My favorites include:
What do you call it when rain falls while the sun is shining?
A) I have no term or expression for this.
B) a sunshower
c) The Devil is beating his wife.

AND
What do you call a drive-thru liquor store (because this has taught me that drive thru liquor stores exist)

Americans talk funny. ;)

interesting, but I think the maps are a meld of different regions melding into others...I hear people in the store say BOTH 'soda' and 'pop'.

...and people must not go to 'the reservation' very much...the drive thru liquor and smoke shops are all over the place there-I live by one.
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

Listening to someone with an British accent try to say "I would like to order some Nachos", is very funny.

I worked with a woman from South America, and our boss left out of town one week, and she said, "Yea!, we get to party! How do you say? The mouses are away and the cat can play? "

I knew a German woman that had never seen a lizard in person before, and she screamed, "EEK, There is a tiny dinosaur on your ceiling!" It was just a house gecko.

Okay whatever Mr. "California 'soda' Bones" who happens to currently live in a 'pop' region...

 (I order 'soda water' at the restaurant, not 'pop water')

    I have my roots

I don't necessarily adhere to them entirely :P

The drive thru liquor store is called "Beer Barn", another one they call "Java Jo'z", one review reads ..." Great selection of drinks. Especially like the Cardiac Caramel Coffee. Has a really nice selection of to go alcoholic beverages. Really nice folks at the drive in window too!" No one goes there for coffee

In Texas most of the rednecks/ or just non-rednecks. Call every soda beverage a "Coke". I've been asked if I want a Dr. Pepper coke or a Mountain Dew coke, a few times in my life?

    Actually, it's soda.

I've never been anywhere near a reservation. I heard there's one in Long Island but that's about it.
