I knew these guys in college. We always got them to play our parties. I prefer the older stuff over the new, but they are good. Venus 55 is great.

have you seen them recently?
first time i saw them was late last year. walked in on their 2nd last song cause i was running late and their encore song "hope on a rope" had me sold on the spot.
never heard of venus 55 but i still need to get their first cd
i just can't get enough of "walking shoes"

they have a new live cd/dvd out now. RWB20 live at the lincoln theater. it's been a great ride.

I downloaded rwb20. Not a bad album. Nice to see them embrace Venus again. They went a long time without playing it. I still prefer the early stuff and would like to see more of Velveteen come back into the rotation personally.
