New album coming October 5 called Trench. Two new songs out today. Not bad, but looking forward to the rest.

Like the second song better than the first, although the vid was nice. Nothing too exciting yet out of the music though other than the fact that the hiatus is over. Excited about the new color scheme and definitely waiting on the rest of the album and what the tour will look like.

For anyone that says they hate them: have you checked out and listened through the entire self-titled album (2009)? I think it is one of the best albums ever in music. Implicit Demand for Proof, Oh Ms. Believer and Air Catcher are some highlights. Seeing them in February. Will definitely leave my thoughts on the live performance.
My Kids (especially my son) absolutely loves these guys. I know all their stuff just because it's listened to around the house so much. We only have the two albums (Vessel and Blurryface). Is there one before Vessel? I also really liked what they did with Mutemath on the 5 song remix EP. I've enjoyed Mutemath for quite some time now so it was interesting to hear the spin they put on Twenty One Pilot's songs. I was going to try and pick up tickets to see them in a few weeks for my son, but the closest they are playing is about 5 hours away and it's a Wednesday night. With the uncertainty of winter weather (From Toronto to Albany) and it being a weeknight that would essentially affect two school days, It got shot down by my wife. Hopefully they come back around this summer before any sort of hiatus or break for a new album.
There are two before Vessel. Selftitled which is incredible old stuff, and Regional At Best which includes many old versions of Vessel songs. They no longer sell Regional At Best due to that, but it is fun to check it out on YouTube.

Totally disagree.  They are two very hard working kids who busted their ass to get where the are.  Their tunes hit home with the younger crowd and put on an amazing live show.  My kids love their albums and its great to see some youth have passion in what they do.

Most of us here because we love listening PJ who've been going strong for 28 years. Let's check back in on 21 Pilots if they last that long. ;)

I guess it would be boring if everyone liked the same thing.. I like reading reviews of how horrible Pearl Jam is and how EV has one of the worst voices in the history of recorded music... lol

Yea, my girls introduced me to them. Like you said, you can see their passion for the music, and I think the lyrics are well written also.

I will admit Boarding House Reach is not as strong as previous efforts. But I’d rather listen to Jack White tune his guitar, than anything by 21 Pilots. To each their own.
