I lost a recording of Ed singing "Dead Man" before 02/11/03 in Sydney, Australia. It was an audience recording not available on the officially released bootleg. Always been one of my favourites. Any collectors able to help? I've checked pearljambootlegs.org

Thanks!

    Hope it helps :)
  • i think you may be screwed.
Even jam-river.com doesn't have it, which is pretty ominious.
( i mean they have audio and video from that show, but both specifically disclaim missing the entire preset )

One of the fan sites used to have a couple of compilations of Ed pre-sets, but I can't remember which one (the one that originally had all the Touring Band compilations up) ...

I'll take this time now to end my post by bitching and whining about youkanfakoff having been shut down.
That was the biggest crying shame. I was sad when the "direct connect" hub got shut down. But i was fucking mortally wounded in my soul when youkan got canned. Jam-River is a piece of shit by comparison.
If I was to smile and I held out my hand
If I opened it now would you not understand?

It's definitely one of those rare recordings only picked up by peripheral fan sites. It was solo and pretty sure performed on electric, not acoustic guitar. Wish I could remember the site/blog I got it from years ago. Was one of those sites with a large directory of downloadable files, probably been taken down since!
