FOX News Personality, Candidate for Dearborn Public Office Among Defendants Accused of Fraud, Forgery, Conspiracy, Racketeering

DETROIT, MI – The Law Offices of Debbie Schlussel, a Detroit-area law firm, today, announced the filing of a federal fraud and racketeering lawsuit against Metro Property Group, LLC, the largest buyer of foreclosed homes in the City of Detroit.
The suit, filed in the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan in Detroit, describes a “Madoff-like,” large Ponzi scheme perpetrated by the company, its sister entities, and the companies’ primary shareholders and officers, Sameer Beydoun, Ali Beydoun, David Makki, Mike Alaweih, and their lawyer, Tarek Baydoun, to defraud many investors from around the world (and in the United States) of their life savings and retirement money.     Ya know I grew up around Detroit. My parents grew up in Detroit. Have always followed the city because its home even though I left. It's just sad. Things like this will never stop in this town. Chicago is Gotham city but man is Detroit making a run at it. I hate to say it but when will the national guard just come in and take over. The largest city council in the country for a(somewhat,not anymore)major city, can't figure anything out so something must be done.

    Until laws are enforced this will keep happening.....so many politicians get away with so much....They need to know they WILL be be held accountable maybe extra jail time when you work for the government and break the law.....letting them off will never fix a thing
