    I don't think that sentiment is exclusive to Jon, or the show. This shit's been going on for how long?

    In a way, it reminds me of job interviews - some, anyway. The ones who appear so earnest, seem so promising.

    "I'm THIS, and I've done THAT, and I'll do the other too. Whatever it takes!"

    Then when you take the chance and hire them, they slack off, the luster is lost, and you have an after-the-fact moment of feeling duped.

    Jon is one of those few liberals that I really like, mostly because he will call it as it is.
