........
Dead at 74
And so you see, I have come to doubt
All that I once held as true
I stand alone without beliefs
The only truth I know is you.

Camden NJ night 1 6/19/2008 (one of the best days of my life!)

Music is the engine to my Imagination and Pearl Jam is the fuel for that engine.

Oh man. Fuckin cancer takes another one too soon.

I saw him at a donut shop on Franklin Avenue here in LA about 25 years ago. Just a regular unassuming guy, drinking some coffee and munching away on a donut.

    (we left him alone)

    RIP for sure.

Of course I had to partake in some of their music - the live shit, mind you - Moonlight Drive, Wishful Sinful, LA Woman, among others.

Somehow I drifted from that to Mr. Cash, then Cash & Willie.

Ended up with Willie singing Amazing Grace, Amsterdam 2007.

Kinda fitting, and utterly sweet :)

Very talented musician and important member of an all time great band. Seemed like a down to earth and cool guy too. RIP.
