So, if I'm slightly fatter than usual and I don;t want this MEDIUM to shrink... should I send it back?

    Upon further review, these do shrink... and a lot.

    Yeah I dried it on low heat... for what it's worth.

    I have friends that use machines, and his clothes(even 100% cotton)shrank a lot.

    I always hang dry my PJ shirts just to avoid shrinkage!

    Never put black , or any other shirts from 10C/PJ , in spin-dryer !
