Best National Flag

I was looking at the wiki list of country flags to see how often in recent history the losing side has kept their flag design the same (the answer: very few). That led me to start ranking the best and worst national flags.
Let's figure this out.
Rules:
You can't pick your own national flag. No touching of the hair or face. And that's it.

I'm going with United Kingdom as the best (behind the obvious, of course):
Poland and Monaco tie for dead last. Polish Flag:

Not about the best but it is certainly one of the most recognizable for a small island country. Can you guess what country it is?

I used to really like the flag of Uganda as well. Of course, I thought that the crane was a chicken.
