Great Ed Solo song as well and such a great story on how he wrote it. Not sure if he shared it anywhere else besides FTL this past year.

    Link? What is FTL?

I would never want this song as an opener because you have a decent shot at getting it mid set, but with songs like wash, release, long road, sometimes ect. you know that if you don't hear it as the opener you aren't gonna hear it at all.

Love the song, personally don't see it as an opener. I think Release and Long Road should be the only slow openers, although every show I've been too with those two opening have been on the back end of the highlight reel. Loved when they opened with Small Town in Phoenix, Last Exit in San Diego, Go in Vegas.

LOVE this song. Every time I hear it. Don't understand the dislike for it. I do like others for an opener though, would prefer Unthought later in the set.

It's not Release but it still kicks ass as an opener. Saw it in Hartford '10 and it rocked.

Horrible lyrics, boring musically, and the few times I've seen it it's been a crowd killer.

I thought it was just me who thinks this song is massively over-rated!!! The 'gems and rhinestones' bit is cringeworthy, reminds me of an Incubus lyric that I also thought was terrible.

For me this song is like a poor man's Given To Fly. Tries to build and build like GTF but goes nowhere. It's almost like they wrote half the song and then forgot about the rest of it.
