Soundgarden killed it at the MAC center last night in Long Branch, NJ. Cornell sounds better now than when I heard him at the Roseland in '96. The band was tight and the new songs fit just fine. The 4 song stretch of Superunknown, Drawing Flies, Hunted Down, and Ty Cobb was incredible. 25 song set! Very enjoyable!

    As I posted in the Soundgarden thread te crowd was awful

    I think that had a lot to do with the "beer garden" being upstairs.

    I did like the arena would love to see PJ in a place that size.

    Soundgarden was great though. Been listening to slaves and bulldozers all day.

    My ears are still ringing from S&B.

    Big Dumb Sex and Rhinosaur were my favorites. Great to see the new songs live too!
