10: did you think somebody had drugged you and you were hallucinating?
    YES
09: did you ever think "at some point this has got to stop / there has to be a dud in the set!"
    YES
08: when did you go to the bathroom?
Bathroom, during a concert?!?! NEVER! I always stop drinking at about midday on concert days so don't need to go to bathroom.
07: did you get tired of saying "oh my god" over and over?
    NO
06: was your jaw sore from dropping so many times?
    YES but didn't notice
05: can you ever bitch about anything this band gives you in the future?
    NO
04: did you ever think "what NO EVEN FLOW??" What a rip off!
NO was too busy picking jaw up from floor
03: did you search for spinning tops that didnt fall over?
    HUH?
02: what was the after party like in the parking lot?
TBH I had to get the last train back to where I was staying(with family friends I hadn't seen or been in touch with for over 20 years) so I zoomed straight outta there.
01: do you realize how lucky you are?
YES! During the concert I was totally thinking, OMG I've been at one of those shows that people are going to talk about!! Not something I'd ever have dreamed of from down in little NZ!! :D

10: did you think somebody had drugged you and you were hallucinating?
No. But I thought that maybe Ed was when writing the setlist (until I found out a fan was responsible for it)

09: did you ever think "at some point this has got to stop / there has to be a dud in the set!"
    Yes!

08: when did you go to the bathroom?
Never during the show! So sometime after

07: did you get tired of saying "oh my god" over and over?
I think I was mostly saying "WHAT??" as many of the songs started playing live

06: was your jaw sore from dropping so many times?
Who notices such things when you are seeing Pearl Jam in Amsterdam and the set list is unreal?!

05: can you ever bitch about anything this band gives you in the future?
Yes, I have been for ever spoiled. I now want rarities in every show. ;)

04: did you ever think "what NO EVEN FLOW??" What a rip off!
I did not notice it was not played, since I was too busy being amazed

03: did you search for spinning tops that didnt fall over?
I did not think about spinning tops at any given time (but I am sure I am missing something here)

02: what was the after party like in the parking lot?
Unfortunately, I did not stay for that

01: do you realize how lucky you are?
    Yes!!
I am just a dreamer, but you are just a dream...
If I knew where it was I would take you there.

    Drugs? In Amsterdam? Yeah, right....
09: did you ever think "at some point this has got to stop / there has to be a dud in the set!"
Only if I heard the opening notes to Parachutes
08: when did you go to the bathroom?
    No.
07: did you get tired of saying "oh my god" over and over?
Only at the point of hearing Release mid-set.
06: was your jaw sore from dropping so many times?
    Haha, I guess so!
05: can you ever bitch about anything this band gives you in the future?
I love my stickers and patches...
04: did you ever think "what NO EVEN FLOW??" What a rip off!
Never even noticed it was absent.
03: did you search for spinning tops that didnt fall over?
    Spinning plates, surely?
02: what was the after party like in the parking lot?
There was a good vibe outside, but I headed back to where I was staying.

Exactly! I might think about a setlist in more detail an hour after it's finished to think how amazing it was without x, y and z being played, but never during the set!

sometimes...it was in amsterdam after all!

09: did you ever think "at some point this has got to stop / there has to be a dud in the set!"
    nope

08: when did you go to the bathroom?
I never go to the bathroom during concerts. I was front row dead center for this one, no way I would've left.

07: did you get tired of saying "oh my god" over and over?
I think I just stood and stared in shock.

06: was your jaw sore from dropping so many times?
    possibly!

05: can you ever bitch about anything this band gives you in the future?
I don't think I've ever bitched about them, and I don't intend to start now.

04: did you ever think "what NO EVEN FLOW??" What a rip off!
nope, but overheard some people in the train afterwards saying that...crazy!

03: did you search for spinning tops that didnt fall over?
    too busy being amazed.

02: what was the after party like in the parking lot?
there was no parking lot, and everyone was heading back into the city center as trains were going to stop running soon after the show. but I did have a nice after party at the bulldog.

01: do you realize how lucky you are?
yep. still slightly sad that fatal was on the setlist but not played though. ;)

10: did you think somebody had drugged you and you were hallucinating? no, but midset I had an eerie feeling that something different was going on. I think when NAIS was played instead of Even Flow
09: did you ever think "at some point this has got to stop / there has to be a dud in the set!" See above
08: when did you go to the bathroom? Didn't!
07: did you get tired of saying "oh my god" over and over? I went with "holy fuck" personally.
06: was your jaw sore from dropping so many times? No but my hand was. Too many high fives to my wife and the Italians in front of us.
05: can you ever bitch about anything this band gives you in the future? No. If you're here it's because you love PJ, and that alone should help you keep things in perspective.
04: did you ever think "what NO EVEN FLOW??" What a rip off! No, I was just fine with it, and I happen to like that song.
03: did you search for spinning tops that didnt fall over? Yes.
02: what was the after party like in the parking lot? There wasn't much of a parking lot party, it was more of a "stumble" to the train platform. I remember Dimitri being surrounded by girls, asking me if this was the best show I ever saw. After that, I remember being packed into the train with JOEJOEJOE, and then ending up eating french fries at a packed Maus Vegetarian (Amsterdam falafel shop). Curry sauce JOE, curry sauce!
01: do you realize how lucky you are? Every day, and not just because of that show. That show capped off a long-awaited honeymoon for me and my wife. The trip couldn't have been better. AMS 2 show was just the cherry on top.

Nobody brings this up but "hail hail" was tight as hell that night
With Ed's improv "hail hail the lucky ones, I refer to those IN FRONT"!

10: I was drugged, but I did it to myself, and yes I was hallucinating, but totally in a good way.
9: I did think it had to, at some point, stop being so freaking great, but never to the point of expecting a "dud"
8: I went to the bathroom twice ... before and after the show
7: Except for singing all the words to most of the songs, I was pretty much speechless
    6: Yes
    5: No
    4: Not even
    3: No
    2: Freakin' awesome Dude!
    1: Yes!
I was alone and far away when I heard the band start playing!

...I was always a DeadHead, but when I first heard Winston Rodney, aka the Burning Spear, sing, I became a SpearHead too!

Haha I did think any body drugged me, hell I can't even remember if I drugged myself. Then again I think Pearl Jam and the guy who wrote the setlist drugged me.
When did I go to the bathroom? Well that's easy I went after the main set ended. I was ordering drinks with a friend of mine and just got what I ordered when the opening notes to Release resonated. We ran back in and that by the way was many of the Oh my god moments. There are some here that feel it is better suited as an opener. I can tell it works quite nice in the encore as well. Once, Glorified G and Deep were three Oh my god's in a row. State of love and trust so early in the set was another as was Nothing as it seems. Of course Crown of thorns, Alone, Sonic reducer were others that had the same effect. But non so big as Bugs and the opener Wash. Tired of saying it or feeling it no not at all, I'm still thinking it sometimes.
I didn't think; "What no Even flow", but I definetly wouldn't have minded.
When State of love and trust was played that early in the set, I kinda had the feeling it would be a special night. That special? No, that it would result in this setlist, no. I thought attending such a gig would for ever be dream.
I do feel I was quite lucky. Afterwards people start comparing it to other gigs and look at the quality, and that is all well and good, but being there on such an occasion is mind blowing. The boot didn't live up to the memory for me, but I'm over that now. I play it as I type. You mentioned Hail, hail being very thight. I agree on that. When I listen to the boot I'm not all that blown away by Nothing as it seems.
Will America ever get this lucky? well I feel you had your fair share of stellar gigs. I think before Amsterdam II a more justifible question would have been; Will Europe ever get one?
Can I ever bitch about Pearl Jam? Yes I can I guess. I wouldn't call it that. However I somehow always end up being most critical about those closest to me. That also goes for my favorite bands.
I like the boot and think there are some very good versions of certain songs on there as a whole it brings me back I see flashes of what has happened. I am very greatfull I was there for both nights.
I still remember hearing Bugs open and saying Oh my god they have only played that one time before.
I remember running out of the building towards my friends brother yelling that it had been fucking amazing jumping on his back.
In front of the building we said goodbye to the ones with cars and we had to run for the train, but as my friends got tickets I jumped over to the Burger king to get snacks for everyone. We had the after party in the train. Singing, discussing what had happened, but mostly being drained by what had been an intense happening.
I don't think it was their best gig I have attended in regard to how tight it was but it was pure magic.
It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me.

10: did you think somebody had drugged you and you were hallucinating?
    NO COMMENT ON DRUGS!

09: did you ever think "at some point this has got to stop / there has to be a dud in the set!"
I WAS TOO FREAKED OUT AND THOUGHT I WAS IN AN ALTERNATE UNIVERSE

08: when did you go to the bathroom?
THE FIXER - WHICH LEAD INTO PART OF BUGS. AS MUCH AS I APPRECIATE HOW RARE BUGS IS, IT DOES LITTLE FOR ME AND I PREVIOUSLY SAW IT IN PHILLY (again, I'm not discounting the significance of playing such a rare song, it's just not my thing)

07: did you get tired of saying "oh my god" over and over?
PERSONALLY, I WAS SAYING "HOLY FUCKING SHIT"

06: was your jaw sore from dropping so many times?
NO, BUT MY WRIST HURT FROM AIR-GUITARING

05: can you ever bitch about anything this band gives you in the future?
NO - I NEVER HAVE ONCE BITCHED ABOUT THE BAND OR THE 10C, THAT SAID, ANOTHER TRIP TO TEXAS WOULD BE NICE

04: did you ever think "what NO EVEN FLOW??" What a rip off!
    HAHAH. NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT IT.

03: did you search for spinning tops that didnt fall over?
????? - WHAT AM I NOT CATCHING HERE?

02: what was the after party like in the parking lot?
NO PARKING LOT PARTY, BUT I WAS HI-FIVING A BUNCH OF STANGERS AND RUSHED TO A CAB. WE MET SOME PJ FANS AT A BAR IN REMBRANT SQUARE THAT NIGHT WHO WERE EQUALLY FREAKED OUT ABOUT WHAT WE HAD JUST WITNESSED.

01: do you realize how lucky you are?
YES. I DO EVERY TIME I SEE THEM. IT IS ALSO WORTH NOTING THAT AMSTERDAM 1 WAS SPECIAL AS WELL. AMSTERDAM 2 CLEARLY WAS THE BETTER SHOW, BUT THE TWO SHOWS COMPLIMENTED EACH OTHER WELL.

random afterthought: We sat on the side of the stage not far behind the wives/kids of the band. it was fun seeing them interact with them all night.

Second random afterthought: I went in hoping to hear release. I obviously thought it would be the first song if they were going to play it. I have seen them 22 times and the only time they played it at any of my shows was the encore of Bonnaroo. That said, Wash was a great opener. I'd never seen it before (though I did subsequently see it in OKC). Anyway, I lost my shit when they played Release during the encore in Amsterdam. I may be wrong, but I think Amsterdam and bonnaroo are the only two times they have ever played release as anything besides the opening song.

10: did you think somebody had drugged you and you were hallucinating?
As soon as Wash started I knew we were in for a special night!

09: did you ever think "at some point this has got to stop / there has to be a dud in the set!"
First set finished with Fixer, and it was good! When they played Bugs to start the encore - I knew this would be a 'classic' show

08: when did you go to the bathroom?
    I didnt

07: did you get tired of saying "oh my god" over and over?
    Yes, I'm still saying it

06: was your jaw sore from dropping so many times?
    Still hurts mate

05: can you ever bitch about anything this band gives you in the future?
No. This band has already given me a lifetime of happiness

04: did you ever think "what NO EVEN FLOW??" What a rip off!
Didnt even notice until reviewing the set list next day

03: did you search for spinning tops that didnt fall over?
    Hahaha

02: what was the after party like in the parking lot?
Actually there was a bit of a fan party in the leidseplein after in the Bulldog, it was grand :)

01: do you realize how lucky you are?
I did then and do now - that and the Leeds 2014 shows I consider to be classic / holy grail shows (out of the ones Ive been too) - excluding the fan club Astoria 2006 & Shepherds Bush 2009 shows.
