Just thought I'd post this. I'm sitting through one of the worst opening acts I've ever seen. And I've been to plenty of concerts. They're called Blood 'N Stuff I think, not sure though. Why are these two idiots onstage opening for AIC lol. Anyways, who's the worst opener you've had to sit through?

Sound of Urchin for Tenacious D
    Gull for Tres Mts.
Sonic Youth for PJ — and to quote Juno McGuff: "It's just noise."
I'm sure there are more that I've blocked out.

Oh, and how could I forget Liam Finn for EV!

That's a good question. Probably Wasted. They opened up for Iron Maiden at Maple Leaf Gardens, 1986/87ish.

I think our current leader in this thread is Melt Banana, or any support act of Tool for that matter

Worst support acts - either The Hold Steady supporting the Stones at Slane in 2006, or Avenged Sevenfold supporting Metallica in Dublin in 2010 I think it was. Absolute shite, both of em.

The Mars Volta opening for Soundgarden.

I threw away the two albums I owned by them and deleted them from my itunes account. I was tempted to throw my shoe at the guy running the "sound" booth.

It was a little bit of A, a little bit of B. Just painful noise and the singer was being a dick to the crowd because no one was enjoying losing their hearing.

sounds like a bad evening for them. I would have liked to see them live, they have broken up right? drummer in QOTSA?

I saw Thunder Cat open for the Red Hot Chili Peppers last fall and they were the worst "band" I've ever seen. Its always bad when you can hear the whole arena booing the opening act!

I haven't heard if they are broke up. QOTSA is such a mish-mash it's hard to tell what that means if the drummer is in it. I thought Dave G. was drumming as of late.

I was actually looking forward to seeing them open for SG. Oh well.

They're broke up. The 2x I seen them they were incredible, pretty mindblowing.

They're original drummer is touring with QOTSA, but they've had a few replacements since then.

Dave just played on 2 songs or so for the album. Mars Volta drummer seem to be QOTSA new drummer at least on this album and tour..
