    Not sure if mine are interesting - more like neuroses.

    One is that when I'm eating a cut sushi roll, I can't introduce the piece in question to the soy sauce/wasabi combo until I check out the underside of said piece.

    If the proportions are off (ie, big clump of tuna on the bottom and a disparity of rice), I won't eat it.

    Really though, I'm low-maintenance :P

    I too suffer from social anxiety, I will either sit in silence and start organizing or cleaning everything in sight or I will over compensate and begin talking nonstop and say something really stupid :?
