PJ Family need help. Want to make sure I'm not being scammed

Found some GA tickets to Wrigley at a extreme low price and want to make sure I'm not being scammed. First question is the GA section actual seats or is it first come first serve. I saw the tickets in a picture and they say actual seats. Need help from my PJ family.

I was lucky enough to get 2GA but they did not offer the option to mail them...as we know.

Was that ever official? I'm pretty skeptical that GA was ever to be 10C only.
...are those who've helped us.
Right 'round the corner could be bigger than ourselves.
Ga is 10 club only. Anyone offering to sell you tickets, not on the day of the show, is a scam. Simple as that.
No one has ga tickets in their hands right now. I beg someone to prove me wrong.
