You should have gotten a 2nd email with like an auotmated USPS shipping notice that contained the tracking nummber. I got the print like 3 days after that.

Yep. 2 emails. "A Click-N-Ship(R) Notification" email from USPS with the tracking number & an "All your items have shipped!" email from Storenvy.

If you're in the USA and haven't received this yet, best to contact Munk One. I just received mine the other day, here in on the East Coast of Canada.

I have not received mine and contacted them last week...I got an email back saying it had been shipped out. I contacted the USPS about the tracking and they called me twice today letting me know the tacking number was made for a label and insured for $200 but there has been no actual shipping associated with the tracking number I got. I will give it today and tomorrow and then be contacting Munk again. If it has not arrived by that time then something definitely went wrong on their end getting it shipped out. There is no way a person on the east coast of Canada should have gotten their item before a person in the east coast of the US(crossing the boarder and going to another shipping agency that is).

Folks in Europe pretty much get's their PJ goods WAY before I do here. And times I get packages before folks do in the USA .. when items are shipped from the USA. It's weird, but true. I had to check CanadaPost.ca cause USPS.com's site doesn't update all the time when packages are shipped from USA to Canada.

Over @ USPS.com, is there just one line status on the tracking number?

As I said I would wait 2 more days and then email Munk again, which I just did. Poster has still not arrived and no further updates to the tracking info have happened. The USPS called me twice yesterday, once in the AM to let me know about the insured label and no track-able movement on their end and again later in the day after mail was processed for the day at my local facility. At this point I am somewhat frustrated and hoping my tube just got left behind at the factory so to speak.... :corn:

Interesting as I think I am in the same boat. I got a second reply back from them late last night apologizing for the delay and assuring me that my print will get to me as soon as possible.

I wonder if I will get a new tracking number at some point

Just got another update email from Munk letting me know my order is reshipping on Monday. Better late than never right? I do appreciate their good customer service as well.

I still didn't get a tracking number even though he said it was being mailed on Friday. Will just have to wait and see. I'm hoping I have it this week sometime.
