I dont know.. I havent seen the trailer, but I can say that I thought part 1 was awesome. Part 2 was "meh."

So I might watch part 3 when I borrow a dvd from someone in a few years..

    Saw 1, haven't seen 2, and I don't plan on seeing 3

saw the first one. Very forgettable movie, just like all the other carbon copy superhero movies.

No desire to see 2, 3, 4, or the eventual "reboot".

I have not seen either but want to...
    on the list.

I'm so glad Robert Downey Jr. cleaned up his act, I was worried for him for awhile.
He is a favorite of mine.

haven't seen any of them, not a superhero movie fan, nor a video game fan  But I hear those are into that, thought Iron Man 3 was phenomenal, they've been raving about it on the radio

but you are so right pandora, his transformation has been phenomenal, very happy to see

Lilo could take a page from his book, unfortunately I think it's too late for her, she looks much older than her years and that is not favorable to women in Hollywood

The first was far better the second. I see 2 less of an Iron Man sequel and more of an Avengers prequel.

Yeah. It doesn't seem like you really have to have seen part 2, but I could be wrong. I also haven't heard good things about part 2. I think I have it on the DVR so if I have a chance I'll try to catch it before this weekend..if not no biggie.

    solid.

    It's all subjective.

But Iron Man 2 was pretty sucky. Or Maybe I should give it another shot and watch more than the first 20 mins?

(Part 3 looks really good from the trailers)

#2 was like watching a REALLY long ad for the Avengers, which I also haven't watched yet. IM2 was boring as hell, and pretty dumb. haven't not seen 3, I can't say for sure that you don't need to see 2, but just from seeing 2, nothing integral to any type of plot happened, so that tells me you can skip it.
