    the first song I ever heard live was Severed Hand- just last week at the Gorge. Its my favorite song off the new CD and seemed fitting to be the first I ever heard live after listening to Avocado a countless number of times.

    Well, the first "Live" song I heard, was "Release", and it was 4/3/94, broadcast live over the radio from Atlanta, that was a sweet night, I still remember sitting in my car, at the park, late at night with some buddies, just in awe that we were listening to Pearl Jam live over the radio across the United States (I was in Colorado).

    The first song I saw them play in person, from the front row at Red Rocks 6/19/05 was "GO" best PJ experience ever!!
