hey just checking who is out there from Indiana that is a pj crazy.? A bit of a rhetorical , but anyway. Are you going to Wrigley? When will PJ be back to Indiana?

    Originally from Indiana, though I live in Michigan now. Not sure if that counts or not. Nothing better than seeing them play in Noblesville on a warm summer night under the stars. I think Wrigley is as close as they're going to get to Indiana this year, but hopefully I'm wrong.

    heck ya that counts. I agree about Deer Creek. At least that is what I will always refer to it as. Ha. I have seen a lot of great concerts they, but I have to say pj was the best. thanks for posting.

    Central Indiana here....headed up to Wrigley with the family for my two kids first show. And we'll probably have to road trip it this fall. :D

    cant wait for Wrigley. Taking my wife. it will be her first show. she is very excited. we are in southern Indiana.

    My wife and I are heading up to Wrigley as well... I'm originally from Chicago and I'm a life long Cubs fan. I'm looking forward to spending an evening in my favorite place in the world (Wrigley Field), while watching my favorite band in the world...

    Granted I'd love to see another show at Deer Creek again very soon. We live only three miles from Deer Creek Noblesville.

    I remember going to the deer creek concert in '00. there was a traffic jam for miles up 65 and then off on Allison rd. I was so mad bc it was my first pj show and I was stuck in traffic with no hope. luckily I wasn't driving and got out of the car with the people I was with and started walking. rode in the back of a pick up truck and finally made it about 6 or 7 songs in. Creedy was breaking into Nothing As It Seems. Crazy Night. :D highlights of that night were Not For You, Crazy Mary, Throw Your Arms Around........TYAAM,Eddie dedicated to the people in the back(which I was very top of lawn) and his brother, Chris.

    Grew up near valpo, went to school in fort Wayne. Saw my only pearl jam show at deer creek. I transplanted to the south. Its to dam cold up there.

    I too was a resident Hoosier fan....until 2006 when I moved to Atlanta. Grew up west of Indy, went to school and worked in Terre Haute, lived in Fort Wayne for the last 7 years I was up there. Working outside on third shift in the winter up there took its toll on me.
    My first PJ show was at Deer Creek in 2000, fortunately we made it through the traffic just in time to catch the very end of Sonic Youth's last song. Traveled back for the 2010 show (since mom lives 10 mins from there now)

    I wonder when the next time pj will be coming to Indy? I had hope when they get the new album done they go on a usa tour. late summer early fall. ??

    I saw them in Noblesville. As of right now, I dont't have tickets to Wrigley, but I am hoping tickets go down in price as the date approaches. I remember Eddie saying they wanted to return to Indiana, but I assume that's just wishful thinking,

    I try to go to any PJ show in the MIdwest.

    I try to give myself a 4 or 5 hour drive perimeter for traveling to see a show. Especially if you can make a weekend out of it, or maybe hit two or three shows on a trip. I'd be surprised if Indy gets them this fall, though. I don't think they'd play Noblesville that late in the season, and they've never played indoors in Indy.

    My guess is something similar to 2010 following the backspacer release. Maybe a few midwestern spots sometime between May - July next year. Luckily I've got Wrigley this summer and hopefully a new album this fall to hold me over until then.

    Originally from Indy, moved to Omaha and now living in Dayton, OH. Seen them all around, and Deer Creek minus the asshole security is a good place. The security at that place is terrible! They have such a power trip.

    Really, I have always had good experiences at Deer. Got there late to show in '00. Big Traffic jam. I have also seen Neil Young and Mellencamp. Uncle Neil rocked it out!!

    I went in 2003 and 2010 for PJ and have been a couple of time for Dave Matthews and every time the security always threatens you by saying things like if you don't have everything out of your pockets by the time you get up to the gate, they will not let you in. Or just yelling at you for no reason. I mean, I'm not someone who does stuff to warrant that, but it seems everytime, they just yell at people for no reason. I have been to plenty of other places where security is nice, other places where I didn't even have to empty my pockets before I went in. Deer Creek gropes you before you go in.

    Not cool at all. I like Riverbend in Cincy , but PJ has never been there. It would be awesome if they would come to YUM Center in Louisville. I have to ay seeing them outside is special i.e. Wrigley
