So... this funky little kitten is 3 weeks old and still doesn't have a name. Just can't seem to find one to suit her sweet, weird and wonderful little face. Any suggestions from you creative lot on this pit?
this little cat is so funky she was born with punk rock hair. I think it fits, but it's not my cat.
I named, Marty McFly.
My mom says Marty name just like the mom from "back to the future". When she adopted him his name was Melvin.
No offense to Melvin's but she couldn't call him that. That cat is so bad, he knocks over food bowls, eats my ipod cables, drags my clothing downstairs. :fp:
I keep telling her to take him back.
She says, "oh Marty, your such a good boy. My Marty"
kittens are trouble and I'm so glad mine just turned 13.
That's what my brother and SIL named their cat - for that exact reason
I have a friend with 3 cats and they are all named after Italian foods?
Panini, Picucu?, and Pesto.
Panini was lost for a few weeks, and it was hysterical to go around the condo complex asking for Panini.
Before I got my first cat, Willow, she had kittens that were adopted. Willow was born around halloween and so they named her Candy because she was so sweet (which she still is) I just didn't like that name for her. She had 3 kittens which were named Kit Kat, Hershey and Twizzler

The lady adopting her said that she had always wanted a calico cat named.................. Tilly :shock: Therefore current human will be calling her that so she gets used to the name.
So thank you all for your input. There were some fantastic ideas and the (temporary) human was quite partial to Tiramisu, though Sergeant Rex Power Colt came a close second She is also a huge Game of Thrones fan and was looking into Khaleesi (sort of playing on the CALIco thing) but wasn't sure about that.
I'm afraid Booger, Steve and Scab didn't even make the shortlist.
Partner to future human is trying to convince her that Tilly may not be the right name....
I would have named her Pirate, she looks like she's wearing a pirate's hat, and eye patch.
Usually, my pets 'earn' their name...by whatever personality they happen to have.
