Suspect ALIVE! Punishment is ...??

What is appropriate punishment for this guy? We know its him, so there is no chance we got wrong guy!
Punishment of death by capital punishment??
Or life in prison??
We know he is not sick, we know he has been radicalized
And evil!
So.....
Your thoughts??

    Yes it's easier and cheaper if he dies today
    Trial ends up with a death penalty and is rather costly and the process could drag on for years or even decades
    But no matter how it happens he ends up a martyr

    I agree. He needs to be put on trial. He is an American citizen and to put him on trial is part of the Bill of Rights. To just kill him would be unconstitutional.

    Then when he is proven guilty just put him in a room with one of his unexploded bombs. :roll:

    For the sake of modern law I hope he goes to trial. Found guilty. Rots in jail for the rest of his life
