Anyone have some favorite soundtracks they want to recommend/suggest/discuss?
I'd probably go with "Reservoir Dogs", also hard to beat "Singles".

The Brown Bunny (an obscure Vincent Gallo film) is a good one. It has 5 pretty cool John Frusciante songs that weren't actually in the film. I'd also recommend Babel, Lock Stock & 2 Smoking Barrels, Pulp Fiction, Natural Born Killers
(Jeff Tweedy, Sydney 2007)
“Put yer good money on the sunrise”
(Tim Rogers)
Singles is probably the best soundtrack out there. At least for this forum

"Blister in the Sun" (Violent Femmes) – 2:08
"Rudie Can't Fail" (The Clash) – 3:31
"Mirror In The Bathroom" (English Beat) – 3:09

"I Can See Clearly Now" (Johnny Nash) – 2:46

Some of my other favorites:
Footloose
Grease
Cruel Intentions
Pulp Fiction
Last Days of Disco
Reality Bites
Pretty In Pink
For hip-hop fans, I recommend Ghost Dog: Way of the Samurai. RZA created the film's score; the soundtrack album has those score tracks turned into full songs, with a variety of rappers and singers throughout the album.
Pretty damn fine music supporting that classic animated flick.
Mulholland Drive
Kill Bill Vol 1
Aside from Devo's cover of "Working In The Coal Mine" (which isn't one of my favorite Devo tracks anyway) I'm not really feeling that one myself. It has a lot of artists I like on it, just not songs I like by them.

Happy to see another Vanilla Sky fan. I love that record too. I was lucky to get the wax.
It's always in my Ipod.
Cheap Trick is really good on this album. Sammy Hagar was good too as well as Don Felder. Let's not forget about Blue Oyster Cult as well with Psychic Wars.
Pump up the volume
Matrix
PJ20
Natural Born Killers
Personally I'm not that big of a fan anymore, aside from "SOLAT" and "Would?". I only liked half the songs, some of which haven't aged well to my ears, others I just over-played through the years.
