The Sandlot is 20 years old this week. I'm taking my kids, along with a couple other families, to the Trenton Thunder game tomorrow night for the 20th Anniversary tour. It's the debut of the tour and they are showing it on the big screen post game. Smalls will be there along with the writer/director. I can't wait.
Alright, alright, alright!

For The Sandlot, yes. I'm assuming it's all Minor league parks.

I was listening to that as well. We bought our tix last week. It may be a little chilly at the park.

It was awesome. I got to meet Smalls and David Michael Evens, the writer/director. They were both very humble down to earth guys. Except for when they were on the field for some pre-movie trivia, they were basically signing autographs for 5 hours straight. Not as many people stayed for the movie as I thought would've but we still enjoyed it. You can't by these but I won a shirt that says, "I made out with Wendy Peffercorn".

how come the older version of Scotty "Smalls" isn't the same guy as the narrator? Aren't they suppose to be the same person?

I got a "You play ball like a girl!" tee over the weekend at Marshall's for only $9.99. It was the one year anniversary of me starting my current job so I decided to spoil myself.

I saw it in theaters with my dad during Spring break of that year in 6th grade and I'm roughly the same age as Smalls so it's one that defines my generation and childhood and I'm proud of it because it has aged very well unlike other movies I saw as a kid back then.

I'M LOOKING AT YOU, COP AND A HALF!
