    Chadwick...

Hope things are well with you big man!

You've given me some ideas for a salad.

Leafy greens- a staple in our household. The wife insists on all kinds of fancy, homemade oils and vinegraittes (sp?), but I always opt for the ranch dressing when given the choice.

We've had a ton of spinach lately, but as good as it is for us... it's not my favourite.

    Have a good holiday season.

Yes, spinach salads are healthy and a great way to stay on track, BUT there's always a but. Be careful what you add on your salad - cheese, croutons, summer sausage, winter sausage, dressing etc. Before you know it you have a 1000 Calorie salad. Not too healthy anymore.

Just stick with a green salad, cucumbers, carrots, add some grilled chicken for protein and a light vinaigrette dressing. Keep the calories low. :D
