so we have to collect our tickets on the day anytime after midday. is there likely to be massive queues all day? how long should it take to collect? if i arrive about 5:30 is half hour long enough to queue and collect in time for doors opening? what are others doing?
sorry for all the questions but this is the first time ive had to collect tickets and i do not want to turn up and be stuck at the back of a massive queue for tickets. suggestions on timing?

No one knows for sure. It'll probably have a massive queue at the start obviously, then maybe another massive queue at 5ish when people get out of work, but it's kinda hard to guess since there hasn't been a 10c queue in the UK for many a year.
It doesn't take long to collect. You show your photo idea, they check the name and look on their big list of names to tick you off, then they hand you the tickets and bracelet tag things and that's it.
As for getting there at 5.30. You should be able to get your ticket and get in by 6, but it all depends on how many people get the same idea. As it's a few thousand standing with 10c tickets, it's impossible to gauge how many will try turning up at what time. If a few hundred decide to leave it til 5.30 you may be a little late. To be honest, if you get there 5 minutes before doors opening I doubt it'll be much different than turning up 10 minutes after doors opening. With all standing tickets going to 10c members, most people will probably queue for at least a little while.

Me and my mate have seating tickets for the gig, but have since joined the 10C and have arranged a swap for standing tics with another member of the 10C who wishes to sit. We have emailed the 10C to confirm this is OK, which it is, but do you think it is best to email again saying our names and membership nos. because our names won't be on the list at Wembley. Or will proving we're in the 10C by producing photo ID and our nos be enough?
Cheers...

last year, I did one and the tickets were then in my name..that's the only way you can pick up tickets.
but as pegasus pointed out, if you're just swapping tix with another 1oc member, then it might be good to clarify if this person provided your info to the 1oc so you know what's going on and if you're going to be getting the transferred tickets or the 1oc expects you to transfer the tickets on your own.

And no one makes me close my eyes
So I throw the windows wide
And call to you across the sky....
Our tickets were bought through the lovely Ticketmaster! I shall email the guy we are swapping with asking him to forward on our name to the 10C.
