I have launched a site for the community to keep concert pictures taken by gig goers together. I have only created Pearl Jam and Audioslave forum topics so far.
It can be found on http://www.giggallery.net .
The forum is the source of information and once registered in the forum, you can post your own concert images.
The site is in its infancy and will be improved upon once we have some users and feedback.
Currently, images can be found by searching for the keywords. So make sure you fill this in on your albums when uploading.
Before someone asks why not Flikr? Flikr.com is good. But I think its nice to have a niche website for bands.
Plus I would like to try and get a little developing community together to take it further. Make improvements and tailor towards the music fans. Have audio integrated, video etc.
Note this is not for uploaded the official pics or copyrighted pictures. Its only for ones you have taken. And not to encourage people to piss the band off by flashing away in their faces! I'm hoping its a way of encompassing the night and enjoying the experience longer than the evening itself.
Its just an idea I had and would like to see how it goes. Its not for money or anything like that, just a love of music and live music!
