Value question - Jeremy single

I know things are worth what someone is willing to pay but can anyone tell me a market value of the 7" white vinyl version of Jeremy and Alive? The cover features the kid from the Jeremy video. I purchased this about 8 years ago and cannot find a value. Your feedback is appreciated.
