North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple also signed into law a measure that would make his state the first to ban abortions based on genetic defects such as Down syndrome

sure hope the citizens of North dakota are proud ofthemselves

    I think that it will

    In any case it means that women in ND who want or need an abortion will leave the state to do so
    Just like women in Ireland going to England to get abortions

    i believe that there is a supremacy clause where federal law overrides state law. i will have to double check though.

    i do think that this law is going to be challenged and it is going to end up in the court system.
