ropes

She's sitting there quietly in a small boat,
100, maybe 150 feet from shore.
Her back is not quite to me,
more like I'm looking over her left shoulder.
There is a line from the bow,
going into the water.
All I have to do,
is pull her in.
The problem.
My problem....
is that there are a thousand lines coming from the water,
to the beach.
Which one to pull?
I don't know,
I have no idea.

    I can totally picture this. It would make a good painting too.
