I stopped yrs ago i won't go near any church unless i really have to for some kind of kids communion or baptism not for my kids but if a friend invites me ....

Sooner or later there will be a national "punch a priest in the face day." and hopefully those 13% will put out the red velvet ropes to coral the people lined up outside of their fancy hideouts.

every single catholic church i ever saw had their priest/father dude either living in a home physically connected to the church or the guy lived down the way a short distance. these are generally stone & brick homes & they are not small.

quite a few do....church is big business.

i wonder if they have a lobby in DC that helps keep the heat off them. :think:

the priest at my wife's church goes on a holiday to Italy every single year. Not a bad living. And he gets to work an hour a week in his robe. and he tells people to stand and sit, and they obey like dogs.

that's pretty kick ass.
