Improving the picking hand - book

hey guys,

does anyone have a recommendation for a good book dealing just with the picking hand (guitar)?

i want to improve my right hand (i play with a pick) and am therefore in need for a good exercise book.

    i would save the money and try looking at technique videos on youtube.
