It's hard enough to find these sealed where people aren't asking crazy ebay prices like $400+ so I'd say $250 is right around the going rate. They don't pop up too often for sale.

Hard to decide how much to ask for this, considering the research I did showed that recent copies in this condition have sold from $279 - $394.
I'm far more of a buyer than seller, so I hope this isn't out of line. I actually paid $230 for it a year ago.
Not trying to encourage a price debate... I'm moving house (and country) so have some pretty extensive bills to pay.
I won't be heartbroken if it doesn't sell

I was only asking a question not questioning you? I'm not up on current vinyl prices, just looking for some insight.
