A FEW MINUTES FOR A BRAZILIAN FAN - THE CAMPAIGN

I am a huge, huge Pearl Jam fan…and one of my biggest dream is: to meet Eddie Vedder, the lead singer.
This website is part of my campaign to make my big dream come true.
I will try to demonstrate and “explain” my love and my reasons, through my story over these 22 years as fan of such passionate, fascinating and inspiring band.
It’s difficult to articulate why/how this is so important to me. How PJ’s Lyrics defines a very small part of Carla’s personality…and help me to deal with my sensibility and handle with my mood (actually, my terrible sense of humor).

They will participate in the end of March of Lollapalooza Festival in São Paulo, Brazil, my city …So I would like to have an opportunity to spend a few minutes with him…JUST A FEW!!!

I admire your efforts and I wish you the best of luck. Meeting him one on one will be much harder than meeting him after a show, which is something quite a few have accomplished. If you believe in this though, never give up!

Doesn't a strong fear of stalkers run deep in Eddie; righteously so? See the other person clearly and take them from a pedestal. They are merely people like you with hopes, doubts, agendas, and imperfections. We think we know someone from the music they play or the words they sing but we don't. What a person takes away from the musical experience can be shared with others. Find peace in that and let Eddie be who he is... simply a man, a private man.

Well,He is a Capricorn. My Mother was a Capricorn and so is my Son. They're pretty darn good people to me.
But you're right. We're in love with the Idea of who he is.Maybe it's a culmination of his lyrics,His voice,His charitable contributions, His great looks.Face it,"He fascinate's us."Sometimes though,It might be best to keep your hero on the pedestal that you've created."Because if you were to be let down by what you once imagined,It could be devastating.The bubble burst's and the dream is no longer.
