What should I expect

Ok asking all Bruce fans for their opinions. Am seeing Bruce a week today for the 1st time ever and want to know what I should expect.
One thing I want to know is should I expect him to play these two songs ( Brilliant Disguise and Human Touch) which are my 2 fav songs. Does he really play for 3 hours?
As you can tell I'm getting a little bit excited now !!

What you should expect....one hell of a good time! Almost 3 1/2 hrs at the show I went to and that doesn't include him off stage. He plays right on thru. We'll I guess he was off stage a little when he was playing in the crowd.

I'm not sure if you saw the show on the 18th or the 20th, but they both have great setlists. No, not Brilliant Disguise or Human Touch, but plenty of other gems (I see Adam Raised A Cain, Candy's Room, Because The Night, Youngstown, Jungleland, The Detroit Medley). Hope you had a great time.
I wouldn't call Springsteen's setlists "standard across the board". He's mixing up his setlists quite a bit (I spot only 9 out of a 23-26 song setlist that were played at both nights). I dare say he is maybe the artist who has the best setlists overall, the right combination of structure and flexibility.

I was so nervous before the show trying to guess all the songs I may get..... Sure there were songs I would have loved to have heard but didn't, but in no way was I disappointed.... I saw Bruce on Wednesday 20th March and yes the setlist was amazing...
To start the show with an acoustic Devils and dust was incredible.....but I was beside myself when Darkness on the edge of town started..didn;t think I would hear that one...
I'd almost died and gone to heaven when I got the triple whammy Cover Me, No Surrender and an amzaing version of I'm on Fire....
I have to say I have never had the pleasure of seeing Steve Zahn play live, but OMG Tom Morello is an ANIMAL.... one of the highlights of the night was The Ghost of Tom Joad....one word AMAZING...and then to follow up with Badlands...to use an American analogy he hit it out of the ballpark....oh can't forget Jungleland, Bobby Jean and the medley.
So thank you Mr Springsteen for an amazing night..one that will live in my memory forever

121212? Yes.
But we digress. Glad the OP got over her nervousness about a concert and enjoyed herself. That's what it's all about. To each his/her own.
