anybody have a seasonal DQ? The one in MT is only open in the summer, and just ice cream, no cakes or burgers.
The little mom and pop we go to I'd seasonal. They make Hurricanes, not blizzards. The DQ's around me, there may be 5, are all year round but I think only 2 of them are burger joints.
Haven't had a burger in awhile, but they used to be pretty good.
I wanted a dipped cone after the Missoula show, then I remembered they weren't open. :x
funny, I once asked a vegan if he missed eating anything really really bad, and he said, "a DQ flame broiled cheeseburger"

Apparently they're not sold in the states. They're pretty much like M&M's.
saw those in Canadadadadadah...brought those home for the other half..."I brought you home some smarties!"
he looked at them and said, "those aren't smarties"

the last time i went to a dq was in early grade school. i used to love to go to a place called shakers. their blizzards were called cyclones. the heath bar cyclone was my favorite. cute place, painted with dinosaurs and it has a drive thru too. i was surprised to find out they're still open and only accept cash.
Agreed, the peanut buster parfait is the one and only thing to order at DQ  I do like the pumpkin pie blizzard though and every once in a while I'll get the hawaiian blizzard although I think it would be better with rum in it

PB cup with cheesecake bits
some crazy overchocolate-y one with brownie chunks, but I sub in vanilla ice cream
oreo
always got Nestle Crunch when I was younger, but no DQ's offer it anymore
For example: Heath bar is called "skor" in canada...
I don't think they're the same thing. Well, they are the same thing, but it's actually two different brands. Used to be able to get both in the states.
Shitball blizzard would probably stink. Try a candy flavor or fruit if you prefer.

They used to have something like the peanut buster parfait but with hot fudge, pecans and caramel. That was some good stuff.

Yep, these. They wouldn't make a good blizzard.

Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?

Do they still have the chocolate xtreme? Good God
In my hometown, yes. Closes up in the winter

yea.... there's a couple of weird things like that in canada.
For example: Heath bar is called "skor" in canada...
what I really miss though are wonderbars.... that was the only chocolate I'd buy at the candy store as a kid..
and unfortunately you can't get them outside of canada.....
terrible...
the town I lived in in rural alberta for a while had a DQ like that... open May - September.... rest of the year off...
I remember getting a Nerds blizzard once when I was younger. Wasn't that good.
Shitballs
I forgot
