Ed, Coachella, EMEK, ....

So, I got a text from my friend who was at Coachella, he was saying Ed was guarteed to be there... I haven't been able to get ahold of him, I heard about the Sean Penn thing, Ed was NOT at Coachella, correct?
This brings me to my second question, who has an extra Coachella 2008 EMEK poster for sale or trade? People were buying 40 of these so my friends that went were unable to score me one, DAMNIT, if anyone got lucky and has an extra, please PM me and I'd love to work something out!

    Ed wasn't there.....I went to both Sean Penn "sets" in the Gobi Tent and Main Stage but no sign of Ed. Too bad, would have been awesome.

    I knew Ed was back in Seattle... So what the hell did Sean Penn do?

    kinda knew ed wasnt gonna be there, but it was worth it for me to watch Seans speech just in case Ed was really there.

    but i'll say it again - i think Sean is the one who started the rumor . . . LOL!

    oh - and the Coachella Emek 08 - sorry taper, you'll have to ask your pals at ebeans or ebay -

    merch people told me on Sun - posters originally 55, then 60, then $150, and on Sat nite - $250, and people were still buying as many as possible. But when i got there - no more.......not like i would pay 250 for a damn poster anyway, i dont care if they resurrected leonardo da vinci to make a coachella poster.

    Got my $5 t-shirts from the flippers outside after the show ! and they look just like the one i paid $25 for inside. More and more i feel like Coachella was a big money making fest.......especially how the merch was being handled.

    BTW - did anyone get the Prince Special Ed Tambourine? Merch was selling them for $50 each - looked cool, probably will be worth more than the stinkin poster anyhow, but i was already broke. Saw these at one time go for around $500 on the bay

    When I inquired on Sunday, they were charging $300.
