I could be one of those if they meant to say "If you won Wrigley OR London you NOT eligible" instead of just "If you won Wrigley you NOT eligible". Or maybe they coded the lotto randomizer to behave that way and now have to rewrite it to comply with the eligibility rules they emailed out.

They mean ineligible by people that already won tickets I think.

My bank account never had a hold on it this round, but my ticket order still says "TBD" for total charged.

So if you won London tickets you could not enter this draw? I was under the assumption this was just regarding Wrigley tickets? Some members won London and Chicago in the first draw?
