My Wife lost her engagement ring at Soundgarden...

As the subject states, my wife lost her engagement ring at the Soundgarden show in Toronto on Janusry 25th at the Sound Academy in Toronto.
It was during the encore when they were playing Outshined - she got excited, shook her hands, and off it went. (It was loose because she has lost some weight after her pregnancy and she hadn't gotten it resized yet). She realized that it flew off right away and the remainder of the concert was spent searching on the floor on our hands and knees hoping that we could find it. By the end of the show there were about 10 people near by who were also helping us look, (thanks so much for your help if you were one of these people, and sorry for ruining the end of the show for you), but unfortunately we had no luck. We had been standing at the back to the left of the sound booth and thought that maybe it had gone in there, so we had the sound techs searching after the show and again nothing. Completely distraught my wife left that night thinking that she'd never see the ring again. The sound equipment wasn't taken down that night as they played another show on the Saturday, so we held out hope that it would be found when everything was taken down the next night after the show. We left our contact information with everyone, (the establishment, security, and the sound techs), crossed our fingers and went home.
When we got a message that it wasn't found on the Saturday night we had pretty much given up, and started the process of going through insurance to get the ring replaced. Obviously this isn't the worst solution, (thank god we had it insured), but there was a $1,000 deductible which sucked, and there is obviously something to be said for having the original.
Well about 10 days later I get a voicemail on my phone. It was Jason from Soundgarden's Sound crew and they had found the ring... ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME???? You could hear it in his voice that even he couldn't believe he found it. It turns out the ring had flown off into a tool box and he had found it mid show when he went to get something. The ring was sitting there all along waiting to be found as they set-up and tore down in Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, and Milwaukee before it was found mid show in Minneapolis. When I told my wife she didn't believe me and thought I was playing some sick practical joke. Once she heard the message on my phone she screamed so loud she actually scared our one year old!
To make a long story short Jason waited until the boys went to Vancouver so we didn't have any issues with customs, (it would have been another nightmare having to pay duty and taxes on a ring we already owned - I can just hear the customs agent calling BS on my story right now), and sent the ring via Fed Ex and we got it a couple days later, wrapped in the Minneapolis setlist.
I guess I just wanted to post the story so it is out there in the universe, and for people to know that there really are some good people left in this world. My wife couldn't be happier!
Cheers,
Joe

That is a really nice guy. How could any one say thank you enough, wow.
All that I once held as true
I stand alone without beliefs
The only truth I know is you.
How much would shipping have cost?
Maybe he made up that he found it in Minneapolis!
