ok now that attention has been gained ;)

the 2nd issue of the PJ fanzine is not having the support it requires from the people that matter most... the fans!!!!

the 1st issue had a lot of downloads and feedback was good... ok it was heavier on some aspects and not on others but we can only put out the submissions we receive!!!!

to date the response for submissions has been poor... we need your concert memories, review an album of your choice by any other band, send in funny stories, jokes, cartoons, etch-a-sketches, PJ related anecdotes... write a short story about who you think PJ's best ever drummer is/was... whether you find PJ's early fashion and stage histrionics embarrassing ;) glue all your album covers to your face and get a friend to take a photo of it…. I’ve not even had anyone willing to be interviewed… I mean can the mighty BostonLou not even handle the might of my questions… c’mon people!!!!

christ!!!.... we even set a "design a Pearl Jam poster" so that freaks could feel included!!!

Now, we’ll extend the deadline for submissions if need be but if submissions don’t come forth then I’ll be forced to write half the entries and we all know how shit that would be so save me the bother and do something better so I can get on with issue 2

Lazy squishy faces that you all are :)

christ!!!.... we even set a "design a Pearl Jam poster" so that freaks could feel included!!!

I thought PJ fans might be more creative and clever but it would seem not... ;)

so come on you ravers, you seer of visions,
come on you painters, you pipers, you prisoners, and SHINE!

yours gelatinously,
Dunk

Hi, I'd be happy to supply some ancient babblings. How about my road trip from Wales to London in 1992 to see my new favourite band play 3rd on a bill behind the Cult and Neds atomic dustbin! Or, how even a year later I was still so besotted that I bought a brown courdoroy jacket just like the one the singer was wearing (that I still have!)and was often to be seen wearing it along with very dodgy shorts and work boots-and sometimes a ckeck shirt, my god!! Or how 2 years later I drifted from the band, combination of their lack of UK visits and me becoming a father, and how then 5 years later they visited Cardiff and my love affair was well and truly back on. Let me know how to help, I'd love to be of some assistance. JUK
    I came, I saw, I concurred.....

Would someone(s) let me interview him/her about his/her concert(s) experience(s). It could be about one concert, it could be about the road trip for one tour, it could be about all concerts, favorite moments, you name it. I would include it as a feature in the Trading Stories with the Leaves. So many of us attended PJ concerts in the past 17 years there must be a wealth of different experiences, favorite rituals, favorite songs etc.

You could just say yes in here, and we could think of the questions together, or I could just start emailing you questions. Whichever you prefer, whatever you want to focus on regarding the PJ concert experience. Or you could pm me.

    What do you say, eh?

Yippee yippee yea! Ok, I'll pm you and we could decide on what you want to discuss about the PJ concert experience. It may be general, but you can get it as specific as you want.

    Excellent!

I just emailed you because your pm box is full. Yeah!

Would you keep me in mind for the third issue? I wanna share my feelings about Lisbon II when i had a religious experience and saw God.

I can interview a couple people. Trust me, there's room. Would you be up for being interviewed for #2? There isn't a limit on how many people I can interview as fans discussing the concert experience would just fit, you know. I can even interview more than 2 people.
